The White Crane Kung Fu Academies- Flying Crane Fist goal is to offer martial arts programs that help people develop high-level self-defence skills, enjoy better health and enhance their entire lives through authentic traditional Chinese martial arts training.

Our objective is simple: We want to share authentic Kung fu with the public and we insist upon keeping traditional standards. Our Laval international headquarters is a home for serious students desiring to learn real kung fu the old fashioned way. Our affiliated clubs also have also preserved our standards and methods. So if you are interested in learning a highly effective, complete self defense method, make an appointment to visit us and witness for yourself the Flying Crane style and its next generation of practitioners.
